1. The Performance Offer

Get 5+ qualified roofing appointments from existing leads & unsold estimates within 60 days, or next month is on us.

Eligibility, lead qualifications, client responsibilities, exclusions, measurement criteria and the application of the remedy are governed by the applicable written client agreement.

2. The Written Client Agreement Controls

Eligibility, lead qualifications, client responsibilities, exclusions, measurement criteria and remedies are governed by the applicable written client agreement. This page is a framework and does not replace that agreement.

If website copy and a signed client agreement differ, the signed agreement controls for that client engagement.

3. Eligibility and Qualified Appointments

Zerion evaluates fit before launch. The written client agreement must define:

  • which client engagement and services are eligible for the offer;
  • what counts as an eligible existing lead or unsold estimate;
  • what specific conditions make an appointment qualified;
  • how appointment status is recorded and verified; and
  • when the 60-day measurement period starts and ends.

No universal lead-volume threshold, appointment definition or eligibility rule is added by this page.

4. Client Responsibilities

The applicable written client agreement must state the access, data, approvals, operational support and response obligations required from the client. It must also explain how failure to meet an agreed responsibility affects timing, measurement or eligibility.

This page does not add responsibilities beyond those accepted in writing.

5. Measurement and Records

The applicable written client agreement must identify the system of record, evidence used to count appointments, treatment of duplicates or status changes, review process and timing for determining whether the target was met.

Website demonstrations, calculators and simulated workflow examples are explanatory only and are not performance records.

6. Remedy and Exclusions

The phrase "next month is on us" is applied in the manner defined by the applicable written client agreement. That agreement must specify the service period or charge covered, how the remedy is applied and any process for requesting or confirming it.

Any exclusions, pauses, disqualifying events or circumstances outside the performance calculation must be written in the client agreement. No additional exclusion is created by this page.

7. Questions Before Signing

Ask Zerion to include the final eligibility, qualification, responsibility, measurement, exclusion and remedy terms in the written client agreement before launch. Do not rely on assumptions that are not written into the agreement.
