1. Acceptance and Scope

By using this website, you agree to these website terms. If you engage Zerion for paid services, the applicable proposal, order form and written service agreement control the commercial relationship. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed written agreement controls for the relevant services.

You may use this website only for lawful business purposes and may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse its content.

2. Services and Separate Agreements

Zerion provides services that may include workflow automation, CRM and pipeline integration, existing-lead reactivation, unsold-estimate recovery, follow-up systems, reply and intent routing, appointment booking, reporting and related implementation or advisory work.

Specific scope, deliverables, timing, supported platforms, access requirements and acceptance criteria are established in the applicable written agreement. Website descriptions are general and do not promise a particular feature or integration for every client.

Custom projects: custom automation, integrations or other client-specific work may require a separate written service agreement, statement of work or order form before work begins.

Any performance-based offer is also subject to the applicable written client agreement and the Performance Terms.

3. Pricing, Payment and Subscription Billing

Prices displayed on the website describe the advertised offer at the time shown. The amount actually charged, currency, billing date, invoice due date, taxes and included services are set out in the applicable proposal, checkout, order form, invoice or service agreement.

If a written order identifies a recurring subscription, charges are billed at the amount and cadence stated in that order. The website alone does not create an automatic-renewal term, minimum commitment, late fee or refund right. Any such term must appear in the applicable written agreement.

Third-party software, messaging, telephony, CRM, calendar or platform costs are included only when the applicable written agreement says they are included.

4. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation procedures, required notice, effective dates, remaining fees, data handoff and any post-termination obligations are governed by the applicable written agreement. This page does not create a universal cancellation period or fee.

To request cancellation or discuss ending services, contact hello@zerionsystems.com. A request is handled under the agreement that applies to the engagement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the information, access, approvals and instructions they provide. Depending on the agreed scope, this may include lawful access to a CRM or other systems, accurate business and lead data, timely review and approvals, and staff availability to handle routed opportunities.

Clients remain responsible for their own legal and regulatory obligations, including the lawfulness of their contact data, outreach instructions and communications. Exact responsibilities and any effect on timelines or performance terms must be stated in the written client agreement.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Zerion services may connect with client-selected CRM, calendar, communications or automation platforms. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, availability, security and pricing. Zerion does not control third-party changes, outages or account restrictions.

The website links to Calendly for booking and to Zerion's social profiles. Visiting those services is optional and subject to their terms and privacy practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The Zerion name, branding, website design, website copy and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Zerion and may not be copied, republished or used to imply endorsement without permission.

Clients retain ownership of materials and data they provide, subject to the permissions needed for Zerion to perform the agreed services. Ownership or licensing of custom workflows, templates, documentation, configurations and other project deliverables is determined by the applicable written client agreement. No transfer of project intellectual property is implied by this website.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Website information is provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect the final scope of a client engagement. Zerion does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Results depend on the agreed scope, available data, third-party systems, client participation and other circumstances. The published performance offer and its eligibility, measurement and remedy are governed by the Performance Terms and applicable written client agreement.

For paid services, warranties, exclusions, indemnities and any limitation of liability are governed by the applicable written client agreement and applicable law. This page does not invent a monetary liability cap or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Disputes, Changes and Contact

The parties should first use the notice and dispute process in the applicable written client agreement. That agreement also controls any selected governing law, forum, mediation or arbitration procedure. If no written agreement addresses a dispute, applicable law determines the available process and forum; this website does not designate a jurisdiction.

Zerion may update these website terms as services or site practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retroactively replace a signed client agreement.
