1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information Zerion receives through ZerionSystems.com, direct email inquiries and the external booking link provided on the website. The on-site Revenue Leak Audit form is currently disabled and does not collect or transmit submissions. This policy does not replace any privacy or data-processing terms in a separate written client agreement.

The website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Contact and inquiry details: name, company name, business email address, phone number and the content of messages sent to Zerion.
  • Business context: information you choose to provide about lead volume, unsold estimates, current sales challenges, CRM use or service needs.
  • Booking information: when you use the Calendly link, Calendly collects the details needed to schedule the meeting under its own privacy terms and may make booking details available to Zerion.

Website and Technical Information

Requests to the website may generate ordinary technical and security records handled by the site's hosting infrastructure, such as requested pages, timestamps, browser or device information, referring pages and network identifiers. Zerion may use this information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site.

Current analytics status: the website's first-party code does not currently load a dedicated analytics service, advertising pixel or marketing tracker.

3. How We Use Information

Zerion may use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and schedule requested calls;
  • evaluate whether Zerion's automation, CRM integration, lead recovery or related services may fit a business's needs;
  • prepare proposals, provide requested services and manage client relationships;
  • operate, maintain, protect and improve the website;
  • keep business and transaction records and comply with applicable legal obligations; and
  • protect Zerion, its clients and others against misuse, fraud or security threats.

Zerion does not use website inquiry information for unrelated automated decision-making.

4. How Information Is Shared

Zerion does not sell personal information submitted through this website. Information may be shared only as reasonably needed with:

  • service providers supporting website hosting, security, maintenance, communications and business operations;
  • Calendly when you choose to use the external booking link;
  • professional advisers where legal, accounting or similar assistance is needed;
  • authorities or other parties when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the integrity of services; and
  • a successor in a business transaction if Zerion's business or relevant assets are reorganized or transferred.

The on-site audit form is not currently connected to a submission endpoint. Before that collection is enabled, this policy should be updated to identify the relevant processing arrangement.

5. Storage, Security and Retention

Zerion uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information handled. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry or client relationship, legitimate business records, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Because those needs vary, this policy does not state a universal fixed retention period.

Service providers may process information in locations other than your own. Their handling is subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

6. Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have rights concerning portability or complaints to a privacy authority.

To make a request, email hello@zerionsystems.com. Zerion may need to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. Legal exceptions may apply.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The current first-party website code does not set cookies and does not load analytics or marketing trackers. As a result, Zerion has not added a cookie consent banner that would imply non-essential tracking is active.

External websites reached through booking or social-media links may use their own cookies after you leave ZerionSystems.com. See the Cookie Policy for current details and browser-control options.

8. Changes and Contact

Zerion may update this policy when website practices, service providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
